"i wanted to write a love song.. it was kind of about.. what it might be like for two artist to fall in love, because you fall in love with your passion of what youre doing, and yet you can be so intrigued by the another person and that connection, and its very powerful. but the conflict happens between.. to me, i feel artists are very selfish. theyre very much about "how do i see the world? how do i see life?" and you write about it. but when youre in a relationship its a different thing.. you take into account the other person's point of view. so its a weird conflict. do you want to be an artist or in love? this is kind of a song that touches on that..... or maybe its shit. i have no idea" - lol
